Shona specialises in Probate and has almost 20 years experience in this area. She undertakes the preparation of Wills, tax and estate planning and Powers of Attorney. Shona qualified as a solicitor in 1993. She is a member of the Public Guardianship Office of the External Receiver.
Emma specialises in Probate and has over 5 years experience in this area. She also undertakes Wills, tax and estate planning and Powers of Attorney.
Jane specialises in Probate and also undertakes Court of Protection work. She deals with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration and Court of Protection applications for Deputyships, Statutory Wills and gifts. Jane qualified as a solicitor in 1997.
Lynne supervises the overall running of the Specialist Probate Service.
